Anyway, you say you’ve found out a bit about Harvey Bennett.
He is a partner in a company “HR & Training Solutions Ltd,” an external consultancy involved in helping Poole Hospital win their award.
HARVEY BENNETT
“Harvey Bennett has particular expertise in survey/feedback tools in the areas of customer satisfaction, employees attitude and individual 360-degree feedback. These tools can be tailored to compliment business and personal goals.
Harvey is an Organisation Development practitioner and has held senior management and talent development roles in large organisations. He has worked in multi-national companies and ‘not-for-profits’. As well as running two companies, Harvey is a non-executive trustee director at Poole Lighthouse - Poole’s centre for the Arts, and is currently Chair of Bournemouth, Poole & District CIPD Group.
Working with Poole Hospital NHS Trust consultants, Harvey helped the hospital gain two national awards for using 360-degree feedback for improving doctor’s working lives, and for exemplifying best practice.”
Poole Hospital seems to have obtained two national awards relating to 360 Degree feedback. We have only found one.
