The Witch Doctor had never heard of Lord Sandy Leitch.
In June of this year, The Witch Doctor stumbled across a paper by Lord Leitch.
Wrong!
The Witch Doctor did not stumble upon the paper.
When My Black Cat was snoozing, The Little Mouse that works for The Witch Doctor’s so very top of the range (Snob!) MacBook Pro, 
took The Witch Doctor by the hand.
And carefully led The Witch Doctor to a very special place in The World Wide Web.
A place that The Witch Doctor knew must exist.
Somewhere.
The hidden place that was driving MTAS/MMC.
THE GOLDEN ONES
And there it was.
Just what The Witch Doctor had been looking for.
The paper did not mention MTAS or MMC.
No. Not once.
But The Witch Doctor had found the missing link.
This was not, after all, incompetence most appalling.
NO.
MTAS/MMC fitted into A Grand Convoluted Plan.
Even bigger than The NHS Plan.
Much bigger.
And none of the medical profession had the remotest inkling of what was going on.
In June.
Except maybe two of them………..
And a few more who were just wondering………
Who could not speak. Because the twisting road took them to places that had nothing to do with them.
Places not within their remit.
Not within their area of expertise.
They, The Witch Doctor thinks, knew that The Skills Escalator was not the stairway to Heaven.
