Oregon was always innovative.
Was that not the home of the “QUALYS?”
Remember ‘THE QUALYS,” My Black Cat? We don’t hear much about them now. Maybe they have had their day.
Anyway, Oregon is being innovative again.
Not “QUALYS” in health but “EQUALITY” in health for all.
How do they achieve this?
SOLVING INEQUALITY IN HEALTH
By a lottery.
