Nice touchy-feely doctors

THE 360 DEGREE THING MEASURES NICENESS

Sometimes The Witch Doctor can be surprisingly slow on the uptake for a witch.

There is so much emphasis being placed on being a “nice” doctor nowadays. “Nice” to patients. “Nice” to staff. “Nice” to students. “Nice” to Uncle Tom Cobly and all. Doctors are in danger of becoming little “clones of niceness”

Sometimes, other terms are used. “Niceness” is mingled into teamwork, empathy, caring, patient advocate – you know all the touchy-feely terms that health care workers excel in. All, seemingly, except doctors.

Now, The Witch Doctor mostly (but not always) likes “niceness” if it is sincere. Often it isn’t of course, and we witches can tell insincere touchy-feeliness a mile away. Then we loathe “niceness”

We are not very sure the human doctor can be trained to be nice, although of course, those that are not very nice can be trained to pretend to be nice.

But that’s not the same.

Anyway, the point I’m trying to make is this.

The Witch Doctor has discovered why doctors now must be nice.

It is so obvious, I don’t know why I didn’t think of it myself.

It’s priming the system for the Big Healthcare Bonaza when huge global healthcare companies run the NHS for us. Sooner or later they will have to employ doctors. But only nice doctors.

Indeed doctors won’t be employed unless they are nice.

They will have to sit a “niceness” exam.

Why?

Because patients don’t sue nice doctors, stupid!

Nor do patients sue the employers of nice doctors.

Grumpy doctors will cost The Big Healthcare Bonanza money!

If you don’t believe me, read about it here:

MEDICAL LIABILITY INSURERS ADDING PERSONALITY TESTS TO APPLICATION PROCESS

The 360 Degree Thing is probably only good for measuring “niceness.”

But that’s what’s needed for “The Big Healthcare Bonanza”

That’s why The 360 Degree Thing is becoming a business in its own right!
