The Health and Social Care Act : An insight

witchround

You are missing Dr Grumble, My Black Cat?

I know you are. Many people are missing his blog, but he is still around.

He has been twittering away elsewhere since his blog became silent. This weekend he has been in a very high energy state as he tweets almost continuously – sometimes every few minutes.

He is reading a play to all his Twitter followers.

You can follow him at @DrGrumble

What’s the play about?

Its about the new and controversial “Health and social Care Act”

The play is a called:

“Never again?

Or

“The Story of the Health and social Care Act 2012.”

It is a King’s Fund study by Nicholas Timmins in coalition government and policy making

It is said to be “A moderne drama in Five Incompleted Acts.” By Command of Her Majestie’s Government”

Note the funny witchy spelling.

You could be forgiven for thinking it is a comedy.

But it’s not.

It is a modern tragedy.

All The Humankind in the land should read this document.

But they won’t get round to it, My Black Cat.

Because they just can’t be bothered.
